漂浮威士忌(WHISKY FLOAT)：
这是利用酒精与水比重不同而制作的鸡尾酒，因为威士忌酒会浮在矿泉水上面而得名。
如同所有的爱情，漂浮在水面的纯威士忌带给饮者 *** 的口感和浓烈酒精的诱惑，就象灼人的爱情一般；而饮过威士忌后便是爽口的冰水，仿佛 *** 过后回归平淡的生活。
应了那句歌词：“最初的爱越象火焰，最后越会被风熄灭。”
不胜酒力的人最好还是将威士忌搅拌后饮用，那种温和平滑的爱更容易入口，太过浓烈的爱容易让人醉，消失得太快的 *** 也会让人怅然若失，面对剩下的平淡觉得索然无味。
材料：
威士忌45毫升，冰矿泉水（也可在矿泉水中加入冰块，但是最好等冰块稍融化再加入威士忌）
做法：
1， 取高口平底杯，将矿泉水注入，留少许空间
2， 将威士忌沿杯壁缓缓注入，让其漂浮在水面上

威士忌是洋酒中的第二大类，属蒸馏酒，是用各种谷类发酵，并加入一定比例的麦芽，发酵成的液体蒸馏两次后装入橡木桶储藏，若干年后即可装瓶出售，其酒精成份大约在40－60％之间。
出产威士忌的国家很多，大致上可分为如下几类：
苏格兰威士忌：苏格兰威士忌可分为纯麦芽和渗杂两种。原料至少60％是来自于谷类，而其余部分则被加入麦芽。
爱尔兰威士忌：和苏格兰威士忌的制作方法大致相同，不同的是制作麦芽，苏格兰用木炭烘烤而爱尔兰则是用煤。
美国威士忌：又称为“波旁” （BOURBON）威士忌，酒精含为40－50％，必须选用至少51％的玉米作为原料酿制而成。由于波旁威士忌被蕴藏于烘烤过的橡木桶内，使其产生一种独特的丰富香味。波旁威士忌的代表是“占边（JIMBEAM）”和“杰克丹尼（JACK DANEL）”。
黑麦威士忌：原料中必须51％是黑麦，其余部分是玉米和小麦。
高口平底杯（tumbler）：通常被称为口杯，容量为240毫升。饮用冰镇威士忌苏打水、金酒药酒、软饮料时使用。
