客户会选择相信他们愿意相信的内容,所以,一定要给客户留下希望。

Your client will choose to believe whatever they want to believe. So,always leave a hope.

让我们来看下面这个例子,希望大家能从下面对话中有所收获。

C是客户的简写,S是供应商的简写。

C:Hey, Michael, can you push for 30days shipment ?

S : Yes, man, 30days, I think that should be fine, we need 20 days to produce, and another 10 days for the shipment. If everything goes *** oothly, 30 days it is.

C : Oh, great, Michael. Thank you very much. You can send your pro_forma invoice(合同).

S : Thanks Mam, thanks for the order confirmation, but can I just put 45days into the writing. As you know, nowadays the container shipment is really tight, Im afraid the vessel is going to be a little bit late. And since the payment is by letter of credit, one day late that mean discrepancy(不符) to me,and you will have to amend the LC. Thats gonna to be tremendous problems for both of us. So can I just mention 45 days in writing, just in case, for payment security.

C : Oh, Ok, Michael, you can put 45days into the writing, but you promise me to push 30 days maximum 35 days.

S: Sure Mam, I will try my best ,and 30days it is. Thank you so much.
