​If Life Is too Hard, Set Yourself Free!

有人说每天朝九晚五，辛辛苦苦，却只挣着养家糊口的钱；有人说为了那点薪水，尽管心有不平，却还要陪着笑；有人说生活已经压得自己喘不过气来，却还要面对感情上的失意与纠葛。

Some people say that they work from nine to five every day, but only earn enough money to support their families. Some people say that for that salary, even though there is injustice in heart, they have to laugh; Some people say that life has pressured themselves out of breath, but they have to face emotional frustration and entanglements.

确实，人生无常，相比快乐，艰难与痛苦显得更加绵长而深切，令人无助又彷徨。每个人不管处在哪个年龄阶段，总有着诉说不尽的苦衷，生活也好，工作也罢，一个人也好，一家人也罢，总有困难，总有无奈，总有看不到希望的时刻。

Indeed, life is impermanent, compared with happiness, difficulties and pains seem longer and more profound, making people helpless and confused. No matter what age you are, there is always a lot to complain. Whether it is in life or work, one person or one family, always has difficulties, helplessness and the moments when there is no hope.

这世上不乏活得太累而选择默默走上不归路的人，这些人往往最能触动我们心底那根脆弱的神经。他们表面上看似平静无畏，内心实则早已支离破碎，不堪重负。

如果人生太难，就多给自己一次机会。真正坚强的人，是不管生活怎么艰难，依旧热爱生活；真正值得尊敬的人，不管人生有多不易，选择了自己的路便风雨兼程。

If life is too hard, give yourself one more chance. A truly strong person loves life no matter how hard it is. A truly respectable person, marches forward regardless of hardship, once he chooses his own path.

如果人生太难，就多给自己一点希望。真正勇敢的人，是不管生活怎么刁难，都一步步向前；真正值得羡慕的人，是不管人生有多失意，也能照顾好自己。

If life is too difficult, give yourself more hope. A truly brave person, no matter how difficult life is, moves forward step by step; A person who is really worthy of admiration can take care of himself no matter how frustrated he is in life.

如果人生太难，就多给自己一点时间。真正厉害的人，是不管生活怎么坎坷，都始终保持一颗平常心；真正值得学习的人，是不管人生有多难，懂得放过自己。

If life is too hard, give yourself more time. A really strong person, no matter how rough life is, always maintains a normal heart; A person who is really worth learning knows letting himself go, no matter how hard life is.
