FORMATION HISTORY

Founded since 1901 with construction and development, Da Nang Port has been being proved its important role in the economic – social development of the region, as well as confirming its stature as the largest seaport in the central Vietnam nowadays.

自 1901 年成立以来，随着建设和发展，岘港港已证明其在该地区经济社会发展中的重要作用，并确认其作为当今越南中部最大海港的地位。

LOCATION OF DA NANG PORT

Da Nang Port is located in Da Nang Bay with the area of 100km2 and the convenient transportation system; now, it is an important gate in the logistics service chain of the Central Vietnam. Da Nang Port is also selected as the terminus of the East–West Economic Corridor, linking four countries including Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, also as the main gateway to the East Sea for the entire region.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

With a history of more than 120 years of establishment and development, Da Nang Port includes the main port as Tien Sa Port and its subsidiaries, owns nearly 1,200m of berths with the capacity of receiving cargo vessels up to 70,000 DWT, container ships up to 4,000 Teus and passenger ships up to 170,000 GRT; in addition, the loading and unloading equipment and modern warehouse.

岘港港拥有120多年的创建和发展历史，包括主要港口天沙港及其附属公司，拥有近1200m的泊位，可容纳70,000载重吨的货船，集装箱船可达 4,000 标准箱和高达 170,000 GRT 的客船； 此外，装卸设备还有现代化仓库。
