黑乎乎的阿胶是用什么熬出来的？栩栩如生的剪纸如何做到下刀如有神？紫砂经过哪些工序才能变成壶……昨天，都市快报外宣厨房Hangzhoufeel邀请了20多位在杭外国朋友跟随来到湖滨步行街，亲身参与了一场精彩纷呈的在浙江非物质文化遗产和中华老字号体验活动，不仅将心中疑问一一解开，还对中国传统文化有了更生动的理解。
初冬的杭城阳光和煦，湖滨路步行街游人如织，由浙江省商务厅、杭州市商务局和上城区人民 *** 联合主办的“第二届中国国际进口博览会指定浙江非物质文化遗产和中华老字号展示”就在这里精彩亮相，百余件非遗技艺实物现场展出，胡庆余堂、凯喜雅丝绸、龙井茶叶、龙泉青瓷等 8 家非遗企业带来精彩的互动体验活动，不时吸引游人驻足。
这些满载中国文化与智慧的传统手艺，正在传承和创新中不断发扬光大，也吸引了越来越多国际目光。一起跟随外国朋友的脚步去看一看，现场都有哪些了不起的中华文明？
What is the black-coloured donkey-hide gelatin made from? How to make fabulous paper cutting crafts? How many steps are needed to make a purple sand clay teapot? More than 20 expats living in Hangzhou were invited by Hangzhoufeel to participant in the Zhejiang intangible cultural heritage and the national time-honored brands experience event this morning at Hubin Pedestrian Street by the beautiful West Lake.
“Vibrant Zhejiang”, exhibition the 2nd CIIE Intangible Cultural Heritage and China Time-honored Brands of Zhejiang is co-hosted by Zhejiang Department of Commerce, Hangzhou Commerce Bureau, and Shangcheng District Peoples Government. Over a hundred pieces of the intangible cultural heritage arts and crafts are exhibited. In addition, the intangible cultural heritage brands such as Hu Qingyutang, Fang Huichuntang, Cathaya Silk, Longjing Tea, and Longquan Celadon provide interactive experience activities on the scene.
These traditional crafts, which are full of Chinese culture and wisdom, are being passed down through generations with innovative development and have won global attention. Let’s have a glance at the event with our foreign friends.
台绣 Taizhou Embroidery
台州刺绣是浙江省非物质文化遗产之一。现场参展的台绣公司致力于保护和创新非物质文化遗产台绣，发展以丝绸刺绣为特色的艺术创意产业链。
来自阿根廷的格雷西亚（Grecia ）和来自美国的艾瑞卡（Erica）满怀欣喜地开启了“女红”体验，她们都选择了绣制耳环。台绣老师固定好绣布，一步步教她们从穿针引线到固定耳环的轮廓，然后进行耳环面的设计。两位在看了老师的作品后灵感迸发，并在老师的指导下学习了结粒绣等稍显复杂的台绣技巧。
格雷西亚的台绣初体验可以概括为“入门困难但进步神速”。在最初的环节中，她有些迷茫，不知道如何能够收紧丝线让轮廓变得整齐，但在老师的指导下，剩下半圈轮廓变得清晰明了，当完成最后一次穿线时，她表示“太不可思议了”。
艾瑞卡说自己曾经做过简版的手工刺绣，但和台绣相比就小巫见大巫了。她虽然速度不快，但对手作的要求非常高，一针一线都经过深思熟虑确定好位置才落针。
经过两个多小时的精工细作，她们欣喜地绣完了各自的耳环作品。第一次接触台绣的她们对于自己的手作耳环感到非常满意。Grecia搭配着现场的台绣扇拍了很多照片留念。“虽然制作过程花费了很长时间，但这是一次非常棒的经历。”Erica Ford连声称赞。
Taizhou Embroidery is one of the intangible cultural heritages of Zhejiang province. The company Taixiu is committed to protecting and innovating the intangible culture heritage culture of Taizhou Embroidery and developing an artistic and creative industry chain characterized by silk embroidery.
Grecia Lust Rimoldi from Argentina and Erica Ford from the US were creating their own hand-made earrings using the skills of Taizhou embroidery. The master fixed embroidery cloth and taught them from threading to the fixing of the outline step by step. Grecia Lust Rimoldi’s first experience of Taizhou embroidery can be summarized as a difficult start but rapid progress. In the initial part, she did not know how to tighten the silk thread, but under the guidance of the master, the outline of earrings became clearer. When she finished the last thread, she felt amazed.
Erica Ford said that she had done a simple version of manual embroidery, but Taizhou was much more difficult. She thought carefully before dropping the needle, which made her work look pretty and neat.
After two hours, they finished earring making and were very satisfied with them. Grecia took a lot of photos showcasing her work with embroidery fans on display at the booth. “Although the production process cost a long time, it was a very special experience,” said Erica.
方回春堂 Fang Huichuntang
方回春堂是著名中华老字号，在位于湖滨步行街的店铺门前，用秘制雪梨膏和免费问诊体验向大家展现中医魅力。
黑色的雪梨膏浓稠顺滑，舀起一勺晶莹剔透，如果不喜欢太甜可以冲入热水稀释。来自美国的李梅（Amy）有些咳嗽，听说雪梨膏具有止咳润肺的功效，兴致勃勃地品尝了一杯。“味道很好，尝起来有点像蜂蜜，喝完很舒服。”不过方回春堂负责人表示，方回春堂秘制雪梨膏坚持使用冰糖而非蜂蜜熬制，制法讲究，必须严格经过浸泡、煎煮、沉淀、榨汁、滤渣、浓缩、收膏、装罐这些工序。膏方大师俞柏堂是国家级非遗代表性传承人，他出生于中药世家，是第四代传承人，有40年制膏经验。现场举行了一场拜师仪式，俞柏堂告诉大家，传统技艺需要用一生来学习。
来自美国的福特一家也非常喜欢雪梨膏的味道，尤其是9岁的大儿子Eddie，一连尝了三小杯还不觉过瘾，连连称赞“好喝”。
Fang Huichuntang is a well－known national time-honored brand. In front of its branch on Hubin Pedestrian Street, it shows the charm of Chinese medicine by serving its special pear paste and inspection. The black-coloured pear paste is thick， sticky and *** ooth and looks crystal clear when dropping down. When you drink, you can pour some hot water into it to make it less sweet.
Amy from the US has a cough and tried some pear paste after learning that it can relieve the cough and moisten the lung. "It tastes good, which is a bit like honey, and Im now feeling comfortable after drinking it." However, according to Fang Huichuntang, the pear paste is made with rock sugar rather than honey and the production must strictly follow these steps: soaking, boiling, sedimentation, squeeze, filtering, concentration, paste collection, and canning.
Master Yu Baitang is a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage. Born in the family of traditional Chinese medicine, he is the fourth-generation inheritor of the traditional herbal paste making. A apprentice ceremony was held at the scene, during which Master Yu pointed out that the traditional skill needs lifelong learning.
The Fords from the US also like the taste of pear paste, especially Eddie, the 9-year-old boy who had three *** all cups of it and praised it as "so tasty".
胡庆余堂 Hu Qingyutang
胡庆余堂的阿胶糕制作现场吸引了许多外国友人。来自沙特 *** 、印尼和波兰等国的五位“洋徒弟”现场学习了阿胶糕的制作。
阿胶是由驴皮去毛后熬制而成的胶块，营养成分很高。这次做的阿胶糕用到的原料有黄酒，黄冰糖，黑芝麻，核桃，红枣和枸杞。“核桃可以起到补血，润肠通便的作用。黑芝麻尤其对头发的滋养有帮助，至于枸杞，我们中国人比较喜欢用它们泡水喝。“胡庆余堂的祁大庆师傅详细地与外国友人介绍了一番阿胶的功效。
祁师傅说，不是所有驴都可以做成阿胶的，好品质的阿胶是选用新宰的黑驴驴皮熬制而成。“正如你们问为什么我们的阿胶都由手工制作并手工切片，那因为每个人的体质和需求不一样。其实，除了核桃，红枣和枸杞，如果想要阿胶糕的口感更加丰富，我们还可以放玫瑰片进去。一般来说，阿胶是尤其适合在深秋或者冬天快要来的时候吃，一天吃一到两片，吃半个月到一个月之后你就会不那么怕冷了。”
参与制作的五位”徒弟“们都对阿胶糕称赞不绝，来自沙特 *** 的安福生·杰 *** （Afnan Gamal）表示：“我知道这是中药，但这也太好吃了！”
Booth of Hu Qingyutang displaying the production of donkey-hide glue pudding (ejiao pudding) interested many foreigner friends who attended the event. Malath Alkhatib and Afnan Gamal from Saudi Arabia, the other three from Indonesia and Poland participated in the making of donkey-hide glue pudding.
It is obtained from the skin of the black donkey by soaking and stewing. The ingredients of making ejiao pudding consist of donkey-hide glue piece, yellow rice wine, brown rock sugar, walnuts, black sesame, red dates and wolfberries.
Master Qi Daqing from Hu Qingyutang explained the function of ejiao, “the ejiao is traditionally prepared during the late fall to early winter, it is especially suitable for women. If you are intolerance of cold weather and always chilly in the extremities, then ejiao can help for relief of feeling chill.”
Qi introduced that a good-natured ejiao is supposed to be made from the skin of a recently killed well-nourished black donkey. “But the reason why the ejiao pudding is always hand-made is due to its customizable characteristic. Since the ejiao pudding is a type of Chinese medicine, so we always need to vary the dose of ejiao and the other ingredient for people according to their symptoms, people who prefer richer flavours may add some rose petals into the ejiao pudding.”
“I know it is medicine, but it is so delicious!” said Afnan Gamal from Saudi Arabia.
王星记扇子 Wang Sin kee Fan
刚刚在第二届进博会上向全世界展现了杭州千年文化魅力的“中华老字号”企业——王星记，在活动现场向国内外游客亲授红檀木扇的“烫花技艺”。
在王星记展区驻足许久的有不少外国游客，来自加拿大的Teresa尤其倾心中国的手工艺，来杭州生活三个月，还是第一次体验大型的浙江传统非遗文化展示活动，她看着展示师拿起一把普通的红檀木扇，用纯银的电烙笔加热了一会儿，就在扇片上勾勒、皴擦、渲染，没多久一串串树枝和朵朵梅花就被“烫”出了水墨画的立体感。这一道道工序，Teresa看得聚精会神，还时不时表达自己的惊叹：“传统技艺真的很酷！扇子工艺的细节之美给我留下了非常深刻的印象！”
展示师说，“烫花”技艺也讲究中国画线描中的劲、老、活、松、圆、厚、润、拙，如果要做到展现一幅完美的扇面画，在使用电笔的时候就需要不时地调压调温。火候高，焦痕就深；火候低，焦痕就淡。这让Teresa觉得非常有意思, 在老师的帮助下，亲自上阵体验了一把，感受杭州这份非遗文化的魅力，“保护非物质文化遗产非常重要也非常有意义，我们需要去更好的保存这些古老的知识和技艺。”Teresa兴奋地说。
Wang Sin kee as a renowned Chinese brand was shown at the second China International Import Expo (CIIE) this year.
The company boasts honors such as being named a Zhejiang Famous Brand and a Zhejiang Renowned Enterprise. Its fan workmanship is listed as one of China’s National Intangible Cultural Heritages.
Many tourists are standing at the booth of Wang Sin Kee for a long time. Teresa From Canada is one of them, “Id never seen that technique for creating fans before, and it was really cool!"
As you can see that a handicraft *** an is decorating a wooden fan using pyrograph. "By using a hot iron pen to paint with iron marks on a fan, " the craft *** an said to Teresa. Having the first try to experience the craft *** anship of fan, She felt so excited.
"When you hold a pen, applying varying degrees of pressure, speed, and moisture. Finally, youll create your own masterpiece on a fan." Teresa tried the craft *** anship and said, "I really appreciated getting the opportunity to try my hand at it, the attention to detail is beautiful and extremely impressive. And I think passing on the knowledge and skills found in the intangible cultural heritage is most important."
凯喜雅丝绸 CATHAYA silk
丝绸与西湖如同杭州的一双眉目，带着一波灵动和飘逸。本次展会，凯喜雅带着进博会的元首夫人礼“金玉锦绣”、G20国礼丝绸以及“五星出东方利中国”等高端丝绸系列亮相西湖，讲述杭州故事。
来自俄罗斯的Kate非常喜欢中国的丝绸，在凯喜雅展馆驻足了很长时间，跟着老师学习了各种丝巾的系法。
Hangzhou is famous for silk as well as the West Lake. CATHAYA silk brought high-end silk series such as “Golden Jade Fairy”, the national gift at the G20 Hangzhou Summit, and “Five Stars from the East” to the exhibition, telling the story of Hangzhou.
Kate from Russia likes Chinese silk very much. She stayed in the booth of CATHAYA for a long time and learned various methods of knotting the silk scarf from the silk master.
紫砂壶 Purple sand clay teapot
蒋氏紫砂发端于清代，祖居宜兴潜洛，长兴紫砂文化至今已有上百年的传承史。几位外国朋友一大早直奔制作紫砂壶的现场，看着简单的制作过程，实际操作可没那么容易。
紫砂质地细腻，含铁量高，烧制后呈赤褐、紫黑等色。多用来烧制茶具等。现场教授的是相对基础的茶杯做法，为了将杯子做得杯壁光滑圆润，大家耐心细致捏了一个多小时。来自美国的李梅（Amy）说：”虽然过程有点难，但我很享受！“
来自赞比亚的瓦卢斯·姆瓦齐卡尼（WaLus Mwazikani）说：“制作效果比我想象的要好。这个真的挺好玩的！“
Zhejiang Chengqixuan Culture Communication Co., Ltd was founded by Jiang Tianyuan, the fifth generation successor of "Jiangs Purple Sand." Jiangs Purple Sand originated in the Qing Dynasty. A few of foreigners who interested in this activities came very early to the booth of purple-sand pottery making.
The purple sand is a kind of material used for tea sets with a fine texture and a high iron content. After firing, it will turn into reddish brown or purple black and other colors.
It took them more than an hour to make a basic purple sand clay cup. "Honestly it was better than I imagined. I did have a lot of fun," said WaLus Mwazikani from Zambia.
龙泉青瓷 Longquan Celadon
龙泉青瓷的烧制始于1700多年前，是瓷器中唯一一个世界非物质文化遗产。
瓷刻划花装饰是指在已干或半干的瓷坯体表面上，用竹制或铁制工具来刻划出各种深浅、面积不同的纹饰。此次外国朋友们体验的是阳刻技法，利用的是剔除土坯表面多余土料的方法，用以增加阴影效果，突显出纹饰本身的立体感。
Longquan celadon, the only world Intangible Cultural Heritage in the category of porcelain, is a type of green-glazed Chinese ceramic, known in the West as celadon or greenware, produced from about 950 to 1550. The kilns were mostly located in Lishui prefecture in southwestern Zhejiang Province in the south of China，and foreign expats had a wonderful experience of the technique of carving in relief to produce the shadow effect.
浦江剪纸 Pujiang Paper Cutting
浦江剪纸是浙江省特色传统手工艺品，明清时已在农村广泛流传。浦江剪纸风格秀丽，装饰性强，并极具想象力，题材广泛，以花鸟动物和戏剧人物居多。来自美国的Amy非常喜欢这项技艺，现场跟着剪纸老师从五角星开始学习，之后剪出了一个漂亮的“喜”字。“我的朋友马上要结婚了，我打算回美国的时候送给他们作为礼物。”
而来自美国福特一家地两个小儿子学会剪五角星之后，开始了他们的“自由发挥”，最后还剪出了漂亮的窗花。
Pujiang paper cutting was widely used in the countryside during the Ming and Qing Dynasty. It is integrated with the rough, vigorous northern Chinese features, which is distinguished from other sophisticated paper cutting in south China. Most of the time, the paper cuts in China are used for house decoration, particularly around the Chinese Lunar New Year. This explains why Chinese paper cuts are overwhelmingly fashioned in auspicious red.
上月，在上海举行的第二届中国国际进口博览会上，由浙江非物质文化遗产和中华老字号组成的“灵动浙江”展览在现场大放异彩，最近回到杭州延展以飨家乡民众。展品再现湖滨路步行街，还增设入驻湖滨路步行街的老字号品牌文化和手工技艺展示。
今天（12月15日）是展出的最后一天，从上午10时到晚上8时，感兴趣的朋友，可以抓住最后的机会去现场亲身感受浙江非遗及中华老字号的匠心独运和文化内涵，也可以把心仪的“非遗宝贝”买回家。
