明日起，武汉疾控预防医学服务中心可提供新冠病毒核酸检测中英文版报告和新冠病毒核酸抗体水平检测。

1. 出具新冠病毒核酸检测中英文报告

号查询下载电子版（有签章）中英文报告，报告内容涵盖身份证号/护照号、出生年月等个人信息，为您出国出境提供便利。

2. 开展新冠病毒抗体水平检测

预防医学服务中心咨询台领取纸质报告（后续可提供线上电子版报告查询下载服务），为您科学评估新冠康复免疫状况及二次感染的抵抗力。

小贴士

可预约采样时间为每天上午9:00- 12:00，下午14:00-17:00。

Announcement

Starting from tomorrow, COVID-19 nucleic acid testing report in Chinese and English version and COVID-19 antibody level test could be provided by Preventive Medicine Service Center of Wuhan CDC.

1.Issuing COVID-19 nucleic acid testing report in Chinese and English version

Make a reservation from the wechat official account of Wuhan CDC and download the e-version test report in Chinese and English with signature and stamp from wechat official account of Wuhan CDC after 6 hours of the sampling. The report includes personal information such as ID/passport number, date of birth, etc, providing convenience for your travelling abroad.

2. COVID-19 antibody level test

Make a reservation from the wechat official account of Wuhan CDC and collect the paper report after 8:30 am the next day after the sampling at the information desk of Preventive Medicine Service Center of Wuhan CDC (Online version of the report will be available in the future). The report contains evaluation on your immune status after COVID-19 recovery and risk level of second infection.

Tips：

Sampling available from 9:00—12:00, 14:00—17:00 every day.
