什么是进口贸易促进创新示范区（我国首个贸易试验区）

在第三届中国国际进口博览会开幕之际，中国宣布设立10个进口贸易促进创新示范区，包括：上海市虹桥商务区、辽宁省大连金普新区、江苏省昆山市、浙江省义乌市、安徽省合肥经济技术开发区、福建省厦门湖里区、山东省青岛西海岸新区、广东省广州南沙区、四川省天府新区、陕西省西安国际港务区。

中国计划利用3至5年时间，通过培育一批进口贸易促进创新示范区，推动中国进口规模扩大、结构优化，带动相关产业提质增效、国内消费水平提升。

中国中等收入群体超过4亿人，消费者对美好生活的需要不断提高，进口规模占全球比重持续提升。世贸组织数据显示，今年上半年，中国进口占全球份额达11.3%，较去年同期提高0.8个百分点，创历史新高，中国进口对全球经济复苏的促进作用显著增强。

进口贸易促进创新示范区的设立将着力提升中国进口便利化水平，促进进口商品流通，通过创新和降 *** 度性成本激发进口潜力。

此外，进口贸易促进创新示范区的设立将扩大中国的技术设备和原材料进口，促进进口与产业深度融合、高效联动，更好服务实体经济发展需要，为加快发展现代产业体系提供必要支撑。

同时，进口贸易促进创新示范区的设立将增加中国国内优质商品的供给，培育新型进口商品消费模式，搭建营销网络和服务平台。

China to Set Up 10 Import Promotion on the Occasion of 3rd. China International Import Expo

China will establish 10 demonstration zones to promote imports, authorities announced ahead of the opening of the third China International Import Expo (CIIE).

Tasked with promoting trade and facilitating innovation in trade, the zones will be set up in Shanghai, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Shandong, Guangdong, Sichuan and Shaanxi.

In the next three to five years, China will foster a number of import demonstration zones with innovative regulatory systems, complete service functions, and flexible trade models to steadily expand Chinas imports and optimize its import structure.

The ministry will continue to implement a series of policies to promote the import of advanced technologies, equipment and services as well as products related to improving peoples livelihood, Li said.

China has a middle-income group with more than 400,000,000 people, who’re longing for high-quality imported products. According to statistics of WTO, China occupied 11.3% of the total imports amounts worldwide in the first half of this year, increased by 0.8% y/y.
