New Years Day is coming! 这一年学生们的进步都很快，希望来年有更大的飞越。我虽然很忙，但是我忙得很开心。因为我感觉到文明的力量在展卷默读的字里行间；文明的力量在每个孩子悠扬的琴声歌声里；文明的力量在每一个辛勤耕耘、真诚创造的朋友的脚步下；文明的力量在温暖而执着的万家灯火中。谢谢我所有的学生们和他们的家长们，谢谢我的朋友们和家人们，新年快乐！
This year, students’ progresses are very quickly, I hope there is a greater leap in the coming year. Although I am very busy,but Imvery happy. Because I feel the power of civilization is in silent reading between the lines when you unroll your books; the power of civilization is in each child’s music sound; the power of civilization is in every friend’s footsteps who always works and creates sincerely; the power of civilization is inthe warm and persistent lights of many family! 国际化书香世家，因外公祖父是国民 *** 芜湖县县党办秘书长和社会科科长，血脉遍布全球政治、经济、文化领域，所以无从政前提，对成为政治摆设毫无兴趣。有高层交往身份、资源、底蕴、深度、层次；有未婚幼师健康资格证；有首都文明工程基金会外联部项目主管和中国社会工作协会社会公益工作委员会会员的公益身份。是红十字一员，志愿参加了造血干细胞捐献、无偿献血等活动。我接受的教育包括:古典文学、音乐、美术、舞蹈、主持人艺术、经济法学、金融管理、人力资源管理、跨国际文化交流（是在外交学院的对外英语培训中心完成的）；有机关、国企中教育、管理、宣传工作经验，热心各种公益文化活动。希望能有一个精彩的空间为文化的构建与交流尽微薄之力,促进祖国的文明与世界的和平。
I come from an international cultural lineage family. My grandpa was Kuomintang.The members of my family are allover the government ，economy and civilization of the world. So I have no chance to be politician in China, and I have no interest to be an ornament of our government. Im the Director of Liaison Dept of Capital Civilizational Development Foundation.(commonweal identity) I have the health certificate of unmarried kindergarener. Im a postulant of the Date Bank of Chinese Hematopoietic Stem Cell Donors. So Im a member of Red Cross. I have work experience in government, university and enterprise. My education is:literature, music,painting,emcee,dance, law,finance management,human resource management, international cultural. I wish a leisurely and wonderful space to keep the happiness and peace for my motherland and the lovely world.
因为家族的政治文化背景是复合型的，所以我不便于代表任何一方在媒体上发表文章和意见。因此无论何时我都不会去做新闻工作。“同一首歌”智慧女性公益沙龙是少女的公益爱心家园，是个私人的博客，在这个空间写日记、收藏名作佳品，写信、读后感是安全、自由、恰当的。因为这是伍泰洋自己的公益家园。我只对行政管理、教育管理方面的岗位感兴趣。
Because the culture and the political backdrop of my family are multiplex, so it is inappropriate for me to delegate any standpoint to publish opinions and articles in media. So I would never be a gazetteer at any time. “The same song commonweal Network Salon” is a commonweal home of a maiden’s heart. It is a personal blog. It is safe, free, and appropriate to write diary, collect the wonderful articles, write letter in this commonweal home. Because it is my commonweal home of myself. I’m only interesting in the work of administering and education.
我相信世间最伟大的东西是爱，“贞和”的圣洁之爱应该包容并尊重争议。我建立“同一首歌”智慧女性公益沙龙网站同时就开辟了一个空间，起了一个笔名包容了人们对名门闺秀与生俱来的关注，用文化碰撞的平台防止了中外政客对非理性因素的利用，同时传播了出自《易经》的古典而富有时代精神的文化。这对于名门闺秀来说，是应对与生俱来关注的常见办法。当大家知道我所有的名字，就知道我在公益沙龙里用的是笔名。
同一首歌智慧女性公益沙龙是泰洋自己参加各种公益文化活动和教学的心得和收藏，所有文字和音乐代表全世界热爱真善美的人们的公益爱心，不代表任何政客意见。大家可以来学习、借鉴、讨论。这是泰洋自己的公益家园.主题“祥和有益，贞正坚固”出自中国最经典最古老的古籍《易经》。内容包括：国际公共关系、法律、和谐中国、家庭、情感、心理、环保、红十字会健康教育、跨国际文化交流、全球公共管理、美学、历史、金融理财、幼儿教育。代言并帮助每个人维护和平、友谊、健康、文明是我们的神圣宗旨。祥和有益，贞正坚固是所有炎黄子孙的同一首歌，所有热爱真善美的人的同一首歌。
我们任何人所有工作的一切目的是为了给人类造福，为了维护友谊与和平，不是为了竖立莫名其妙的对立面，开任何人的玩笑。与所有热爱真善美的人成为朋友，团结一切可以团结的力量，赐予每个人尊严是我们处事的宗旨。
I believe that love is the greatest thing in the world; The harmonious chasteness of love means the chaste heart could contain and respect the disputed. I have a pen name and a space to contain the native attention from the people to the girl of gentlefolk when I build “the same song”commonweal Network Salon.And the space of intercourse of culture could prevent the absurding redient from using by the antic politician. Then spread abroad the culture with time spirit and the classical civilization which come from the book of changes. All these are the familiar way to deal with the native attention for the girl of gentlefolk. Everyone would know I have need the pen name in my network salon when they know my every name.
“The same song”commonweal Network Salon is the collections and the ideas of myself when I take part in the commonweal works. All the article and music incarnate the commonweal friendship.All the article and music don’t incarnate the attitude of any politician. Everybody could study and debate in this commonweal family. This is a commonweal family of myself.The catalogue of commonweal salon include current affairs, economy,international cultural, law, commonweal activity of Red Cross, esthetics, history,infancy’s education , administer,family. This is a holy work. To emblematize and stickup for peace, friendship, health,civilization for everyone is our tenet. Thank all of you for your support and faith. It is the same song to work in the harmoniousness and righteousness way for the Chinese and everybody which loved the empressement , goodness and beauty all over the world.
Anyone do any work in order to benefit human, and in order to stick up for friendship and peace, not in order to set up unintelligible enemy and not in order to make anyone’s joke. Make friends with everyone which love the empressement, goodness and beauty all over the world; hold together all strength which could hold together, and vouchsafe dignity to everyone are our working tenet.
estimate：Dialogue between different cultures is so important nowadays. Any people ought to derive all kinds of cultural nourishment to get work done. Chinese tradition is so rich and it has so much specificity compare to western tradition. Chinese people think of man-nature relationship in terms of resonance or coexistence more than in terms of control or domination. There are advanced management theories in western country. Chinese companies have great differences with foreign companies in ideas, systems, marketing and services. And the Chinese people enjoy working in living way. It is one of the tasks of the future young Chinese office-man to be well versed in Chinese and western tradition. After China’sentry into WTO, we have realized that we are not only Chinese but also citizen of WTO member country. We all have the duties to preserve WTO’s transparency principles. The consumers will care for benefits a rising from competition. Go out of my way to help others; it builds credits to trade for favors. Create win-win results, which lead to a cooperative, trusting environment in which it is easier to make the exchanges needed to get work done through on going mutual influence. 1.) Upward appeals: appealing to higher management for assistance or persuading others that the request is approved by upper management.2)Coalitions: enlisting others to join in with their support.3) Ingratiation:building positive sentiments in others through friendliness and charm. 4)Rational persuasion: using logical arguments and facts to persuade others. 5)Inspirational appeals: using emotionally charged and symbolic language to appeal to another person’s sense of loyalty or justice. 6) Consultation:seeking another person’s participation in decision making and planning .All there can help me to take initiative at work.. I have graduated from the Normal University of South China.My professional skills are writing, singing, presiding over concerts and acting in various performs. These art skills can keep me self-respect, it is better to displease the people by doing what I know is right than to temporarily please them by doing what I know is wrong. Our work must base on companies interests and working principles in whatever kind of company.Generally speaking,the big enterprise’s work of enlarging market is well managing the problem between reuniting and classifying resource and communication. If the work of enlarging market can be considered with cultural effects and the service of customers, it will be not only the step of expense but also the step of profits. Future is not given, it is not written anywhere, I have to prepare for it. I wish a leisurely and wonderful space to keep the happiness and peace for my motherland and the lovely world.
