Sometimes I just listen to a song and then my brain goes like, "you have to create this kind of music" and boom!! one of my music is born.
One thing I know is that I create music as a media of what I cant express by words. I love to create something emotional and full of feelings, but til this day I really dont know what my music genre is. I think its not pegged on one type- I listen to many genres so its kinda like mixed or something but I dont know, really. Its hard for me to explain, maybe Ill find out about it later! I need some time to think though."
说实话，我其实我都不知道我自己的音乐属于什么种类。当我想创作的时候我就创作。有时候我听到一首歌，我的大脑就告诉我“你要做这样类型的音乐” 就这样很快的，我的创作就开始了。
我只知道我的音乐创作是在表达我不能用文字来表达的情绪。我的音乐充满情感和丰富的情怀，但是到现在我也不知道我的音乐类型是什么，这是在不能用一种音乐类型来描述，可能是混合了多种风格的音乐。不过我会找出这到底是属于什么，需要一些时间！"
First song?是什么开启了你的音乐之路
I came with my first song "Dim Lights" on August 15th, 2016. Theres a little story behind it. I made that song as a trial and I really just wanted to have some fun. Music was not something Im diggin in at the time, I just love music that much since I was kid- but thats it.
I didnt have any idea that Im going to be serious in this platform in the future. Months after I posted "dim ligths" there were only a few people liked it, and by few i mean really a few--it was only 7 or 8 people. Til out of nowhere, one of the soundcloud artist liked that song and it became pretty huge, especially for me at that time. There were only 15 to 20 people liked it at first but then I reached to 50 and it was really huge to me. Ive decided that I gotta be serious in music since then with a few other reasons that I might explain later on other questions.
说实话，我其实我都不知道我自己的音乐属于什么种类。当我想创作的时候我就创作。有时候我听到一首歌，我的大脑就告诉我“你要做这样类型的音乐” 就这样很快的，我的创作就开始了。
我发布的第一首歌是在2016年8月15日，叫“Dim Lights”
其实这背后有个小故事：我一开始只把这首歌当做试验玩一下。在那个时候我没有在音乐创作上有所钻研，我只是从小喜欢音乐而已。我也对未来没有什么音乐的规划和期待。在发布 “dim lights”后的一个月，只有几个人给我点了赞，大概只有7，8个人吧。可是突然一个soundcloud的音乐人也点赞了我的歌，突然有好多人对我的音乐有了关注。从那以后，我决定我要认真做音乐，对待音乐。"
Did you go to music school ？你是如何学习音乐的
"I learn it myself--the music production and song writing. I took some piano lessons back in the days but it didnt fit me that much since Im not patient and I learn by ears so taking a music school is totally not a thing for me. I even disliked some of my music teachers cuz they wont let me play what I wanted to play! Lol. Not a good thing though. Yall, please keep on learning if you want to be good at something. Im a really bad example."
音乐制作和作曲都是我自学的。在以前我上了一些钢琴课，但是我觉得不太适合我因为我不是个有耐心的人，而且我觉得我用耳朵去学习和感受音乐，所以觉得音乐学校不适合我。我甚至就不是很喜欢我的音乐老师，因为他们不让我去学我想弹奏的东西。啊哈哈不过大家一定要坚持学习，我是一个很糟糕的案例。
What impacts your music?什么影响了你的创作
Q:
Some people comment on your music that your song is emotional and fulfilled with love. Is it just your music style or something happened in your life impacted on your music style?
A:
It is my music style, yes.
But something did happen in my life that Im able to create emotional and fulfilled with love kind of songs. I went through things. Fulfilling a dream that you thought you were never gonna have is tough--at least for me. In those hard days, though, I still think that I have to fill my life with hopes as much as possible so that I wont do myself any harm, one of them is by loving. It doesnt have to be a person--I created a song for my piano, my favourite artists, musicians, someone that I look up to, my favourite song, my favourite things. I just personificate all of those so that my songs would make more sense (is that even a right word to say tho idk).
这的确就是我的音乐风格，同时也是音乐一些事情让我能够去创作很多充满情感和情绪的作品。我经历过很多，好像我被充满了希望但是你觉得你永远不会得到，这种感觉很艰难和痛苦。在那些日子里，我选择去爱，而不是去伤害自己。可以不用去爱一个具体的人，我选择了创作，创作我喜欢的东西，为了我喜欢的东西去创作。我喜欢去人格化一些东西，让我的音乐对我来说更有意义。
Also, if there are people listening to my songs struggling with the same problem, I dont want them to feel as pressured and stressed and lonely as I am. I want to give them hopes too, I want them to feel secured and loved and hugged--like what I always imagine everytime I make music.
Of course, theres also a particular muse that I think of as I write my music but I dont think I need to explain that one. I want to keep it personal to myself.

I listen to so many musicians and albums and songs so I cant really decide which one is my favourite. Just gonna let yall know that my most favourite genre is bossa nova cuz its so *** in beautiful and Antonio Carlos Jobim is the love of my life. Heheh.
But really, though, it always depends on my mood. If I have to answer with current artist, Id go with Daniel Caesar. I *** ing love Freudian album. That shit was a magic and will always be a great, great magic to me. Not to mention that I like all of his albums too, despite not being a very fan of it.
我喜欢很多音乐人，所以很难说我最喜欢谁。不过我可以说我最喜欢的音乐类型是 bossa nova，Antonio Carlos Jobim是我人生中的爱！哈哈哈
不过真的，这实在是看我所处在的状态和心情，如果一定要选一个音乐人，那我选Daniel Caesar，他的专辑Freudian真的太棒了，对我来说他的音乐真的超级曼妙，对我来说有魔力。

I wrote it when I was in my lowest condition at the time. I felt really lost for no reason at all so I wrote it down in hope that the song would do anything to me. It did, though. That was a total miracle! I was shocked that I got to hit 1k likes on the song within 4 days when people didnt listen to my music that much. I dont know if I really deserve it or not but man I cried when I find out about it.
我写“ineedyou”是在我最沮丧的时候，那个时候我觉得没有原因的迷失自己，只是想创作一首歌来安慰来帮助自己，的确它做到了。网易云音乐的点击率真的是个奇迹，我真的非常震惊在短短4天我收到了1千个赞，那时候都没有很多人听我的音乐。我都不知道我值不值得这样的结果，当我发现这个结果的时候我是真的哭了。
What genre of music do you make ？对想要开始学习音乐的人，你有什么建议吗Whatever equipment or software you have, if you want to do it just do it. Thats okay to start it simple. What matters is your idea and how wild you brain could be when youre bitching up with the melodies. Having good equipments or softwares is just a bonus.
不管你有什么器材或者软件，只要你有想法，就放手去做。从简单开始一点问题都没有，重要的是你的想法，你的脑洞有多大去帮助你表现你的旋律。器材和软件其实只是一个加分项而已。
Talking about the process, I always start by creating on guitar or piano while I sing, and record it with voice note so that I wont forget what I made. I never write write cuz I cant. Im bad at music theories. After that I made a couple arrangements and stuff on my portable grand, convert it to garageband, do some mixings and voila! Its done.
I think Im really bad at explaining but I hope yall can get my point.
关于我制作音乐的过程，我一开始都会用吉他或者钢琴来给我的人声伴奏，然后录下来，以免之后我又忘记。我很少去为了写歌而写歌，因为我的乐理不太好。在几次尝试后我会在我的平台钢琴上录制，转录到garage band去做一些效果，就是这么简单。

I wrote my lyrics by reading others lyrics. Sometimes when you listen to a song with good lyrics, its pretty much the same as reading a good poetry--just added with music.
很好玩的是，其实我阅读的不多，我喜欢诗歌和短片小说。我会学习别人的歌词去写我的歌词，有时候当你听到好的歌词，就像是在阅读一篇很好的诗歌。
