首先片头放入了DC漫画动画，以漫画风格的卡通来介绍哈莉奎茵（这个名字其实来自于意大利即兴喜剧著名的丑角），被两位修女养大。后来进入卡汉疗养院上班，认识了她的真命天子小丑。
